Quidzi Terms and Conditions

By using Quidzi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the legal agreement between users (“You” or “Users”) and Quidzi, an online platform edited by Quidzi Labs SRL, located at Rue du Jardinier 2, 1315 Incourt, Belgium (“Quidzi”, “We,” or “Our”). By accessing and using the Quidzi platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

2. Services

Quidzi is an online platform that allows Users to create and share playlists of various content types, including documents, images, and videos (“Content”). The platform enables Users to curate, organize, and share these playlists with others over the internet.

3. User Conduct

a. You agree to use Quidzi only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
b. You are responsible for the Content you upload, share, or otherwise make available on Quidzi. You must ensure that your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
c. You will not use Quidzi to transmit or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates any person’s privacy rights.

4. Intellectual Property

a. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Content you upload to Quidzi.
b. By uploading Content to Quidzi, you grant Quidzi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the Content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting Quidzi services.

5. Privacy

Quidzi values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6. Liability and Warranty

a. Quidzi provides the platform “as is” without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
b. Quidzi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

8. Modifications

Quidzi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting to the Quidzi platform. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
